Through deep self observation, emotional decoding and intuitive guidance, this work helps reveal what anger is protecting,

suppressing or trying to communicate,

transforming unconscious reaction into clarity,

grounded boundaries and emotional intelligence.

I didn’t expect a few days to make such a difference, but it did

"I’d been putting off dealing with a lot in my personal life, brushing it all under the carpet and telling myself I was fine. Then I had a bike accident that left me with broken ribs, and suddenly everything I’d been avoiding came crashing down. I couldn’t pretend anymore.

At the retreat, something shifted. I didn’t feel like I had to talk everything to death. It was more about feeling what was actually there,

in my body and mind. I didn’t expect a few days to make such a difference, but it did."
