TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Retreat Confirmation and Financial Arrangements
To secure your bespoke retreat or immersive experience, a commitment of 50% of the total experience cost is required.
The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your arrival.
For bookings made less then 15 days of the retreat start date, full payment is required at the time of reservation.
For online programs or other services, payment terms will be clearly specified in your individual agreement.
2. Alterations and Cancellations
Each retreat is prepared with care and advance coordination. The following policy applies to the reservation amount already paid:

Cancellations communicated up to 15 days prior to the retreat start date: the full reservation amount will be refunded or transfered to a new date.
Where possible, and at the discretion of Renata Cortês, rescheduling may be offered depending on availability.
3. Utilization of Services
Retreats and private programs are intended for personal development and well-being. Use of services for commercial purposes or in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the experience may result in termination of participation without refund.
4. Accommodations and Third-Party Services
Renata Cortês collaborates with carefully selected hospitality and wellness partners. While every effort is made to ensure excellence and alignment, third-party providers may be subject to their own terms and policies.
Renata Cortês reserves the right to select accommodations and service providers that best support the retreat objectives and client preferences.
5. Customization and Flexibility
Each experience is designed to be responsive to individual needs. Requested modifications will be accommodated whenever possible. Any associated costs will be communicated clearly in advance.
In rare circumstances requiring changes due to partner availability or events beyond control, suitable alternatives of equal value will be proposed.
6. Liability
While every aspect of the experience is curated with care, Renata Cortês cannot be held responsible for interruptions, delays, or alterations caused by third-party providers.
Participation in retreats and sessions is voluntary. Renata Cortês is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages unless directly caused by proven negligence.
Clients are responsible for their own travel insurance and personal arrangements.
7. Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural events, governmental restrictions, or travel disruptions, Renata Cortês reserves the right to reschedule or modify the retreat. Reasonable efforts will be made to offer alternative dates or appropriate arrangements.
8. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
All methodologies, materials, written content, and program structures are the intellectual property of Renata Cortês and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
Client confidentiality is treated with the utmost respect and discretion.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be resolved under Portuguese jurisdiction, unless an alternative resolution method is mutually agreed upon.
