Our retreats are hosted in exclusive, handpicked luxury hotels across four destinations: • Portugal: All year round in Melides, near the iconic Comporta region.

Each exclusive one-on-one retreat includes: • A minimum of 4 nights' accommodation in a private villa at Pa.te.os • All nutritious and delicious meals. • Daily one-on-one morning and afternoon sessions (4 hours per day). • Daily one-on-one guided mindfulness and yin yoga practices. • One wellness therapy session • Transfer from and to the airport.

Each exclusive one-on-one online journey includes: • 8 weeks of 1:1 online guidance (total of 8 sessions); • 1 online 90min, one-on-one session; • 1 weekly follow-up regarding mindfulness recommended practices; • Optional written reflections between sessions; • Digital manual accompanying the program.

Reservation Terms & Conditions: • Booking Deadline: Reservations must be made at least 15 days prior to the intended arrival date, subject to availability. • Payment: A 50% deposit of the total retreat value is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining 50% balance is due 10 days before the arrival date. For bookings made less than one month before the arrival date, full payment is required at the time of reservation. • Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule your retreat, a rescheduling fee of 30% of the total retreat value will apply. • Cancellation Policy: • In the event of cancellation, 50% of the total retreat value will be retained. • No refunds are provided for flight cancellations, delays, early departures, or changes to travel plans. • Prices and Payment Methods: All prices are in euros and are subject to change without notice. We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, and bank transfer.
