We offer four personalized, one-on-one programs: Restart: Designed for individuals experiencing overwhelming stress in high-stakes environments. Release: Tailored for those navigating persistent depression, addressing intricate mental and physical health challenges. Transform: Uniquely designed for those contending with irritability and frustration, impeding progress towards goals and hindering happiness.

My retreats are located in Portugal: All year round at Quinta da Pintassilga, located near the city of Tavira, in Algarve.

Each exclusive one-on-one retreat includes: A minimum of 4 nights' accommodation in a private villa at Quinta da Pintassilga All nutritious and delicious meals. Daily one-on-one morning and afternoon sessions (4 hours per day). Daily one-on-one guided mindfulness and yin yoga practices. Visits provided to beaches of Barril e Fuzeta, and tavira city center Transfer from and to the airport.

Each exclusive one-on-one online journey includes: 4 weeks of 1:1 online guidance (total of 4 sessions); Online one-on-one session with duration of 90min each; Weekly follow-up regarding mindfulness recommended practices; Optional written reflections between sessions; Digital manual accompanying the program.

Reservation Terms & Conditions: Booking Deadline: Reservations must be made at least 15 days prior to the intended arrival date, subject to availability. Payment: A 50% deposit of the total retreat value is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining 50% balance is due 7 days before the arrival date. For bookings made less than 15 days of arrival date, full payment is required at the time of reservation. Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation 15 days prior the arrival date, you receive a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule your retreat. No refunds are provided for flight cancellations, delays, early departures, or changes to travel plans. Prices and Payment Methods: All prices are in euros and are subject to change without notice. We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, and bank transfer.

The total cost paid up front is of €490. The value is non refundable.
